ACRYLIC TANKS BOWING ?

This is my first acrylic tank. my 135 glass cracked a week or so ago and I picked up a used acrylic 135 . I filled it up and there is a noticeable bow in the front of the tank. is this normal? or should I drain immediately !?

Acrylic bows more than glass. Keep an eye out for crazing. The real important question is did you modify your stand to be suitable for an acrylic tank? Without an even surface supporting the entire base of the tank it will pop.

I just googled crazing and there is a few parts with some crazing here and there, but not much. how much is too much ? I already has 135 gallons on my floor don't want to go through that again.

Half inch sounds borderline thin imo for a 6ft tank but I'm no expert since my 75tall with 3/8 inch is bowing and ceasing so I dumped half the water till I replace tank.
