By TIA do you mean TI as in thousand island?
If so they would be sold as BD. Depending on how old they are it would be very hard to tell if they would get the thousand island spots unless you knew the parentage. I bought my pups as BD with a very good possibility of producing thousand island spotting as they grew due to their parentage. My pups were around 6" when i purchased them and they had very little signs of thousand island to the untrained eye. But as they grew, sure enough they all developed thousand island spotting.
