Hello i am planning to build a plywood tank that is 4'x4'x2'. Plywood would be 3/4" and was thinking if i can do a euro brace that is 8" all around. Is this possible or is this just something waiting to burst? thank you for the advice :)

I'd do perimeter bracing if you want to the tank to last a long time. If you don't there will be a little bit of flex movement every time you fill and empty and tank or do large weekly water changes. Over a 4+ year period, that will weaken the joints, where you may start seeing crazing and micro-fractures in the seams.
