Help my Goldfish

Hey guys, one of my fancy goldfish has a white bump/nodule/growth on one of his caudal fins; it seems to be growing and would like help identifying and curing this if possible. Pics attached below, the white growth should be visible.

I have melafix, pimafix, and sterazin on hand.
