I currently have a standard 75g with a 6" VATF and a 5" GATF, and was thinking about changing it up. The filtration is 2x emperor 400's one UV filter and a rena xp4. Even if your fish suggestion will eventually outgrow my tank that's fine. I can sell them when they get too big or I may possibly be able to upgrade depending on how fast they grow. I'm open to all suggestions other than cichlids.

I've been pushing this idea around to other on here, because I really want to see this...

A blind cave tetra tank...dimly lit, and a rocky theme..

I'd be up for trying that, but I don't have the space; +1 for some MFK hero to make it happen though

Sorry for high jacking here...

I might convince the landlord to get another tank, but my space is limited....

And because of school, I might be better served with removing my television...
I could fit a 150 and another 190..

But on the other hand, the lack of space and tanks, is a good motivation to get good grades..

I just hope someone does do a cave tank, I can just picture how awesome that set up would look.

Hujeta's?

Hujeta gars or rocket gars as they are also called.
Not a true gar, but related to tetras and piranhas.
They are fast, and watching them hunt for live fish is amazing, hardy too.

Not sure if the tank is big enough though.

Not really a big fan of those either. Like I said it doesn't matter if they will eventually outgrow the tank I will either sell them or I may be able to upgrade depending on how fast they grow.

Leaf fish, or a puffer?

Thanks for all the suggestions but I'm not really interested in those either. I'm more into the predator type fish. I was thinking maybe some rare peacock bass, Solo piranha...(elongatus, Manueli)
