Now that I've got it more or less how I wanted it, just wanted to share it with you guys. I'd like to keep them all like this long-term, but I'm pretty sure down the line I may need to get a bigger tank for the inhabitants. Now if only they would stop digging...Anyway my stock is:

1 Jack Dempsey (M)
1 Jaguar (F)
1 Red Devil (F)
1 Salvini (F)
2 Convicts (Pair)
4 Red Hook Silver Dollars
3 Common Silver Dollars
1 Senegal Bichir
1 Leopard Sailfin Pleco
2 Bristlenose Plecos

They've all lived with each other for a while now and aside from the occasional chasing of the Salvini, there are no real aggression issues. My Jag and Devil are as laid back as can be, which really surprised me. So, what do you guys think?

That tank looks beautiful but those fish are small now aggression could be an issue as they grow. Not trying to be the stocking police either but your gonna be doing allot of water changes to maintain nitrates
You have 6 tough cichlids in there and one of them being a pair could be asking for a battle royal lol

That tank wont work as they get a bit older, fair warning have a back up plan.

Very nice aqua scape though.

I'm already planning on getting a bigger tank hopefully by the end of this year to house them all. I'm looking somewhere in the 220+ range once I can track a decently priced one down. And the reasoning for the convict pair to for the others to focus their aggression on them as opposed to focusing on each other. It seems to work since the Jag and the JD try and hunt the babies together, which is pretty funny to watch.

I also do a 40-50% water change every week or every other week if time doesn't allow. I'm pretty good at keeping up with the water changes.
