There's a beautiful 7" specimen at a local shop for $80 and since I have never seen one available locally, I'm wondering if this is a reasonable price to pay. I'd like to get it, but I'm not gonna pay an arm and a leg if it isn't normally an expensive fish.

If it's 7" I would lean toward it not even being a PBB, but 20"ers usually run about $250-$350 depending on where you get it. I would say $80 is a fair price, however before you purchase I would post a pic for a positive ID to make sure you aren't buying an over priced mis-ID poly

By that picture looks like it could be a short body lap, a pic of the whole thing would help

Its no problem. I have bought polys from many different places so it is easy for me to say that you and kevin have been the very best source that I have come across. Not only do you have the best prices but also the highest quality and most reliable. No disrespect to some of the other quality vendors here but JA has won me over completely.
