For sale (or trade).
F1 male/female Rio Tapajos Caquetaia spectabilis purchased from Jeff Rapps in late January 2013 for $12.50 each at 1.5".
Male is 8"
Female is 4"
They are not mated nor bonded, nor have they spawned or attempted to. They paired off with other mates, but those mates have since passed . These two have lived together, but have never paired. That being said, I had to remove them as the male is looking the spawn, but the female wants none of it. Currently the male is the lone alpha in my eartheater tank and the female is in the sump by herself from the same water system. I just dont have the room to house and divided them in their own tank. My other species in the fish room have taken precedence.
I'd like these to go to a good home, otherwise they will be traded for credit at an LFS before the end of this month.
They must go together. Asking $40 cash for the pair or will entertain trade offers for 40B or 20L tanks, or even a 30 standard.
