Well like the title says, starting my first paludarium tank. Going with a standard 55 gallon tank. Basically just in the process of forming the background and inside structure using high density foam that I plan on covering with mortar, then adding substrate. Second pic is the start of a tree stump that will be coming out of the water and hide some equipment. uploadfromtaptalk1408285799935.jpguploadfromtaptalk1408285826704.jpg

Thanks! I'm pretty excited about it myself. Hoping to be able to create a cool little ecosystem for this tank. Still not sure on stock yet for fish. Thinking about getting a crested gecko so I may go with fish that are indigenous to the same area. Gotta do some research. Any input would be great though.uploadfromtaptalk1408357338761.jpg

Small update but with a 2 year old and a 7 week old baby, any production is satisfying! Got the plumbing for the waterfall drilled out and installed and all the layers of foam siliconed! Now once its dried and a test run of the waterfall is done, I can start with the cement coating!
