quick question

I was wondering. I have a 60 gallon bare bottom tank with a xp3. I have a 2" ngt, 7- 2" clown loaches, 3 - 2" mollies, a 2.5" discus and a 3" dwarf pike. I do 2x weekly water changes (25%). oh I also have about 25 anubius plants rubberbanded down to 2 driftwood pieces. do I need to beef up the filtration? necessity or luxury? thanks in advance
