Received him yesterday through mail from pet solutions he acted like his back was broke or something could barely swim and had his back bent sideways or arched the whole time... Woke up this morning and he is still alive but is standing straight up tail at bottom head at top wiggling been watchin for 10 min and he has not came from that position a single time he's just straight up an down

That last pic looks not good. Thats a bizarre resting position for a bichir.

Are you running co2 in the planted tank?

Looks like his back was broken during shipping. I would contact them about it.

I did contact them they said they would call me bak at 12 when customer service gets in him and the koliba I received were both acting strange when they got here koliba has already passed away ... But the ornate is still alive and is now Layin on his back still alive and still twitching but cannot get off his back

Unfortunately he's definitely not gonna make it after seeing those last pics. If I were you, I'd hit up customer service yourself instead of waiting for them to contact you. I highly doubt that they will

If he hasn't already passed I would suggest putting an airstone in there and something he can sit on like a floating plant. He is probably just rolling around in the breeder with nothing to catch him and that's only going to stress him more. As far as customer service a lot of places say that once the bag is opened and the fish is out it's no longer their responsibility unless they say that there is a certain amount of time they guarantee the fish to live after they're delivered.
