Would I be overstocked if I add some silver dollars. Current set up is 150 gal fx6 andd ac110 (set up for mech only)

Just set the tank up and it looks empty I was also thinking about adding a green phantom pleco but may not dont want another fish I dont see. WAnted some movement in the tank. Also the oscar is aggressive...not bothering the hrp but hates the acara
If im not over stocked what would be better silver dollars or rainbow fish?
I aim to keep nitrates below or at 20 ppm before water changes
