he doesnt have any interest in repairing it right now thats why he is unloading it cheap.
if someone else wants to buy it, fix it, and resell it, thats fine

its over $250 in materials used to build it, and it wont take much to get it water tight. he just doesnt have the time or room to repair it right now. someone will get a great deal
