You can gently siphon them out when they're at the wriggler stage, or when free swimming. Or using a very fine mesh net, scoop some free swimmers. Be sure to leave some with the parents to help keep the pair bond intact.
I took 3/4 of the fry out of the tank on Saturday. Glad I did. Woke up Monday morning to no more fry left in the parents tank. The Male is chasing the female around. I have some floating plastic plants that she is able to hide in. Could it be that he wants to breed again? So soon?
He will want to ... always (I don't think the males ever lose the desire), but the female obviously isn't ready. If pursuit continues to the point that she is taking a beating (or even stressed) you'd best divide the tank.
