I have a 1500g pond outside with Arowanas, silver dollars and spotted gar. I came outside today to find the gar belly up and when I went to grab him he started moving again. Does anyone have an idea what I can do to help him? Should I move him to a nursing tank? All readings are balanced, the only thing I did was add a Lilly from Petco yesterday.

Personally, I would take him out just for the doubt that there's something wrong with it.

I didn't want to either. He's been keeping to the surface by laying on floating wood. I think it's air bubbles because I've seen him get air twice now and both times bubbles have came out. Is there a way to burp him?
