The front shouldn't bother the plecos. A friend of mine has a few bristlenose in one of his front tanks. The fronts are a breeding group and they completely ignore the plecos. What kind of pleco were you thinking of keeping?

I love all plecos lol but then I wanted this to kinda be a more of a show tank then I've had in past so I was looking into black and white plecos to add some nice color I usually in past have kept bristle nose and my most favorite the common pleco so as of now I don't know lol open to suggestions

If you're adding the Pleco into a established tank you want to give the Pleco lots of places to hide.I would use PVC tubing until the Fronts get used to the new addition.

I currently have 3-4" fronts in my tank and one LFS pleco...the fronts completely ignore him. There are so many types of plecos and some have very specific requirements!
