Do more water changes and keep the tank as clean as possibile. I don't know your stock or your water perameters so to recomend a med would be irrisponsable.

The stock is as follows
1 bumble bee oscar 7 inches
1 yellow acara 4 inches
1 L200 3.5 inches
4 tiger silver dollars
1 hrp 3 inches maybe 2.5
150 gallon
Fx6 and ac110
Nitrates are below 10 never above 20

I got the silver dollars two days ago and they arrived with the messed up fins

Lots of water changes. That's what cured my 30 tall, I was doing 40-50% 2-3 times weekly which was annoying but it worked.

I will definitely keep up with the water changes and feed lightly also I was thinking about aquarium salt should i maybe do a salt bath if so how much salt and how long one of the SDs is looking pretty beat up I'm not sure if the other SD are picking on him or should I just give all of them a salt bath also how many salt baths if this is the route to go

I would just add aquarium salt to the tank, not sure how much for your stock. I keep Africans and my 180 I would add about 1/2 a cup, less stress on the fish. Just remember when doing water changes only replace the amount of salt for the amount of new water.
