Went visiting today and a friend has a small group of them in a nice sized cage...not the best photos but here they are.

I actually haven't seen any in a shop in quite a number of years and I had forgotten all about them until this group refreshed my memory today.They look like miniature chinchillas.

They're interesting little creatures.I don't see myself getting any anytime soon but I did a little reading on them and I didn't see anything about dusting them as someone mentioned earlier.

Yeah I watched a vet programme and they showed a chinchilla in a bowl with dust and the chinchilla rolled in it. It's supposed to be good for there skin
