I’m currently on the hunt for a mature male superspot to partner with my two superspot ladies. I’m just having some thoughts on how age will impact the performance of the male. I know from experience that female improves the number of pups it produce as they mature. I’m not sure with males if they still do it at old age or they keep doing it better with age? Is there a certain age where they are good for breeding? I don’t really maximize my rays breeding (happy for just one birth per year) as I separate the male. I do think that enough rest will give them good health and better quality of pups being produce unlike a puppy mill.
