he has turned white around he's anus and it's very swollen and it seems as if he has a major case of constipation. can anyone give me some advice?

what can I do? I've never experienced this before. I did a Epsom salt "bath" for about 20 minutes. should I just put salt in the whole tank? the rest of the fish are doing fine

I noticed the Epsom salt in the photo and I'm not really sure what you can do at this point as I have never seen anything like this before...Whatever that is it looks pretty bad.I would probably set up a smaller hospital tank with the Epsom in the water and treat it for internal parasites and infections.

Could also be parasite I would use prazipro

I did the prazi pro thing and I had him for a while. I think he was just gluttonous
