I am planning an amazon manifold set up with a closed loop system with 2 Eheim 1500xl (2260) canisters on the manifold and a separate loop with bag filter vessel ---> blue line pump ---> fluidized sand bed filter. I'm looking for any feedback on a bag filter vessel (like offered by Pentaire)

i was also wondering about placement order. If a pump is designed to push rather than pull, I want to have it as close to my tank as possible. The bag filter is designed to catch most of the solid waste and keep it out of the pump (heavy load with rays and pbass).
Appreciate your help. Tank has been sitting empty since March. Time to finish!
