So I have a 10 gallon tank I put under my tank next to my sump it's filled and has a small filter to act as a hospital tank but now I wonder if I'd be better off just leaving it empty till needed I mean it's take all about 30 seconds to fill water from my main tank to the hospital tank I could even go as far as leaving the filter pad in my sump to collect bb
