I just setup a 10 gallon SW. By set up i mean I have the water and filter working. Nothing else. Anyone have the steps I should do to get it up? :)

Do I have to let the tank run at all to get bacteria before the LR and LS?
No idea on stocking. Any ideas?

nope that the point of buy LR and LS istead of just rock and sand. it's ALIVE!
do you wan to do inverts/corals?
if you do talk to someone else, i haven't gotten into that yet, fish first.
depending on what you like youve got some options (why 10gal?)
a single damsel of your choosing. i'd stay away from the larger ones domino, garabaldi (if you could ever find one!)
a single clown or mated pair of the smaller variety ocellarus/percula
almost any kind of goby or blenny just don't get a scooter blenny or mandarin fish (they need really specifi things that are hard to find in a 10gal)
uh..... firefish but they usually like groups
dottybacks
smaller, fairy wrasses maybe
alone hawkfish
grammas and basslets

or you could just do a reef scene with some shrimp snails and hardy corals. i wouldn't do any anemones because they get really big and would easily and quickly outgrow a 10gal.
