Over there
So I just got this guy last Saturday and he was perfectly healthy and eating well the 1st couple days but 1 day it just stopped eating and started swimming weird. This was Monday and it still hasn't eaten and it's swimming has progressively gotten worse. I had to move it into this 29g bc it is too weak to handle the flow in the bigger tanks now. Ammonia and nitrites are 0 and nitrate is around 5-10ppm. The temp is around 80 without a heater cuz of the heat we've been having here in Cali. What should I do? http://youtu.be/RCEQkegcVb4

Bring down the temp to at least 72 and lots of o2 I have 6 ranging from 12-24inches, my smallest died from the hot water.

For now there's not much you can do other than air flow, water flow, lower tank temp. Sturgeon are a no go in hot areas.

Put a ac unit near tank or move tank near ac.

Place a fan to blow over the top of the water to cool it.

Just 2 suggestions
