Yesterday my Motoro finally gave birth to 5 pups. This is my first ever litter so I'm a little nervous anything I need to be cautious of? They still have a tiny little remainder of what I'm assuming is a yolk sac of some sort. Should I be feeding them?

No need to feed for a couple days. I like to start with chopped earthworms. I'd also recommend a larger pup tank. Congrats!

Congrats. Agree with chopped earth worms. Literally as small as you can chop them. And a bigger pup container they will get and get very active quickly. I would not bother offering food for 4 days then start. Don't worry if they are not eating in the first week they will eventually if all is well.
