Id try chopped earth worms, tilapia, shrimp etc. Blackworms, red worms and tubiflex Id imagine they'd take as well. Ive even seen tiny ck accept pellets but they prefer meaty foods.

Blood worms are a safe bet. Mine love it, they also eat beef heart, but it's very messy IMO.
Mine are still small, but they've grown 2-3 inches in just 3-4 weeks.

Still trying to make them eat pellets, but no luck so far.

Mine grew from 3 inches to 6 inches in about a month and I've been feeding pellets and shrimp ever since. They have never had an issue with pellets they took to them right away

I would like to try nls.

Which type of nls pellets do you use?
I'm curious for what type would be best for a young fish about 3-4 inches? And for 6-7 inches?
