Looks to me like it could be Parachromis friedrichsthalii, check out the video below at about 1:10, taken in cenote Aktun Ha, there are also some glimpses of juvies later on

its so confusing . I know I got a good score but im clearly confused on which it is . When I google pictures the more I am confused. These fish are clearly territorial , mystery fish #1 is a female vented and mystery fish #2 is a male vented. Now the little male who is only 3 inches maybe slightly larger is trying to pair up with my 12 inch female jag. Its actually quite funny to watch . The jag is so docile ! Mystery fish #1 well that's another story .... shes pushing 4 " and shes lb for lb the most hyper aggressive fish I have ever seen . I may have to keep her as a single fish only in the near future to prevent any kind of disaster .
