So I have a 75 g Lightly planted lots caves with 4 mature Tropheus Duboisi. While I would like to get more they are pricey and cannot afford to get a bunch of them in one go. I did however get a dozen krib fry for $2.00 at a club auction and once they grow out I can put them in either a 40 g or the 75g with the tropheus.

My tropheus tend to stay at the top of the tank and kribs tend to stay on the bottom so I figure this may be a plausible match. I have had very bad luck with African cichlids in the past so thought I would ask here.

so any thoughts suggestions?

When kribs pair off they become very aggressive, and will kill tank mates. I have a female that killed male right after he fertilized eggs. Don't know much about the tropheus duboisi so I'll let others chime in.
