Indoor arowana pond

I don't know if this is in the spot but I want to discuss this here im thinking of building a indoor pond for 1 Asian arowana hbrtg or a rtg and 4 peacock bass kelberi or orion will a Laguna pressure flo 1400 be OK for the filter it does 1400 gallons it's a pond filter
How many gallons would I need?

To be honest ponds are not that great for aro and bass unless you have a large front viewing panel

The problem is aro and bass like to jump so you would need the top covered all the time even when you take the top off to look at the fish you stand a chance of them jumping out
