I've kept yearling and adult turtles (muds, musks and RES) but never a hatchling....do they need any specific care such as depth of water etc?

Mud and Musk Turtles babies are really not the best swimmers so shallow water is recommended for them. Floating plants near the surface to rest on will be appreciated too.
