I have a 240g that I am setting up with a heavy bio load. I will have 2 hard plumbed eheim 2260's on a single closed loop and another closed loop with a fluidized bed filter, a blueline HD40x pump and an fsi x100 inline bag filter. The question I have is about the order of the second loop. I though that to avoid pulling the solid waste through the pump that I would have the flow go tank --> fsi x100 --> blueline pump --> fluidized bed --> tank. The plumbing is 1.5" PVC although it will step down to 1" at the blueline and fluidized bed filter. Do you see it a problem that the blueline will be "pulling through" the bag filter rather than pushing?

For those who might view this thread looking for answers, according to blueline, the filter should always be placed on the outward side of a blueline pump. Installation on the inward side could cause the pump to overheat and melt. Thanks for responding, Spencer, of blueline aquatics.
