Breeding Birchirs and yabs

So currently i have a 40 gallon with 3 beautifully colored yabbies and a pretty awesome 4-5" (saddled)? birchir and i was interested in finding him a mate and a bigger tank to go with. Im pretty new to the whole breeding scene and im sure he will have to do a bit more growing but none the less im excited to see this through as well take any advice or tips you might give me on proper temp diet and any other details you may want to include. i do understand the risks involved with the yabbies though
