Sexing my jag

Hello, hoping to get some advice about the sex of my jag. I got what looked like a male which was what I was after but now after 6 months I'm not sure what sex it is. First pic is when I got him and second pic is from today. Grateful for some advice! Thanks.

I say this because of the dorsal fin, could be wrong, but putting that fish at a good 6" males should have a trailer edge as a female will not.

shortish vid of the my mated pair, notice the males dorsel is coming to a peek, this will become a trailing streamer. females stay rounded. they are both about 6" when this taken, about 5 months ago. at 4 or 5" it is hard to tell, when I got the male I was a highly suspect, i was literally getting pissed because they looked the same cept he was smaller. I did not pay 60 bucks for another WC female. then they paired and layed. he did not start showing male traits till 6 to 7"
