Help

I have a brand new tetra tec filter. That has water flowing through it but does not seem to be filtering the water. The media inside is clean and my water is dirty. Iv tried leaving it. Iv tried taking it apart. Please help.

It's an established tank. 100 gallons it also has a smaller filter running along side it coz it's not performing. One 5" jack dempsey, 3" jd, 6" salvini, three 3" blue acara, mertalic blue acara, 7" marble catfish, 4" gold severam, two 3" green Severum, three 3-4" convicts, two 4" cichlosar Lionais, 6" musk turtle.
