I'm trying to find a cheap pump to push water from two 44 gallon barrels into my tank.
I'm looking for around 500gph at 10 ft of head, and under 100 bucks.
Durability doesn't matter since it will be run biweekly for short periods.

Home depot has a flotec submersible for 90 but it's oil filled and that worries me a bit.

I use a marine bilge pump for mine (mostly because I wanted it to be low voltage voltage pump).

Bilge pumps are generally higher volume and less pressure than a lot of other pumps, but I bought one of the smaller available pumps (rated at 600gph), and it pumps lots of volume at ~6.5 feet, at least 200 real gph, but 10 feet might be stretching it. A bigger pump like 1100 or 1200 gph could probably handle the head.

They're cheap, like 20 bucks, or maybe more like 40 for a big name brand model. They draw 2-10 amps depending on the size, so you just need a decent 12V power supply and you're good to go.
