I was thinking of adding a phosban Reactor 150 powered by a maxijet 1200 on my 75 gal freshwater tank. I want this a bio reactor. Do you think that i could put K1 in it, or would there be a better bio material for it.
Need to figure out how much surface area the k1 media provides and figure out how much you need to support your tanks bio load. Then see if that fits in the reactor.
Use any media that has enough surface area for your tank and fits in the reactor. K1 maybe the best bet but I think you need lots of it.
