Bichir guru's help plz

So I had a guy send me some pics and ask if I knew what was going on with his Sen and ive never dealt with this. Ive seen bacteria bumps on bichir before but the placement of this bump has me confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like some sort of infection especially since it's near the anal area where if something gets blocked it could easily clog things up
