I got a used Eheim 2260 and it us very noisy, sounds like a huge air pump.
I don't know how long it has been running before. I have applied Vaseline on impeller shaft. I am using old hoses from Fluval FX5.
Whole noise comes from the pump itself.
I don't want to rush into buying a new impeller/shaft or anything because I got a used one to save costs.
Anyone got any solutions?

) under screws of pump. It stopped the horrible vibrations. Hope this helps someone.
