P14 belly spotting?

One of my P14s has what appears to be belly spotting, the other doesn't. Is this a preferred trait like it is with black diamonds? Or is this normal with P14s

Should be, heres a picture of the female, the male has belly spotting developing also.

She looks like she has ick, or is this just how the patter developes?

Appears to be pure or at least heavily p14. Hard to tell what you mean by ick. These rays start out very light colored and turn black. Yours appears to be turning black and will continue to darken. Belly spotting will most likely appear on both as they grow I'm guessing.

Some p14 have mottled belly spot patterns. .yours look pure p14.
And they look young... So lots more top spotting will develop

Doesnt look like itch or white spots disease at all

Ok thanks guys. My male started out light but he's darkening up quite a bit now, they had 4 inch disks a 2 months ago, but now they are between 5-7 inches, male is 5, female is 7.

The female has a bunch of tiny, faded white dots in between her actually pattern of white dots, I thought that could be ick.
