Hello, I'm researching an acrylic build in the 8'x4'x34" range out of 1" material. It seems like most guys that build their own tanks use Weld-On 4 but I spoke with one commerical builder that says he uses Weld-On 40. I've practiced with the 4 and it seems pretty darn easy to work with. The 40 seems like it would be a pain and you have to mix it. Does anyone have any insight/experience with either of these options? Thanks.

40 is easier to work with in my opinion for getting the best seam and overall will give far better results. After using 40 once I would never use anything else.
