My cray fish had a black spot on its head now it seems to be growing big. What should i do

Looks like a parasite or something. Maybe an infected wound. I'm not certain as to what to do as I have never had this happen to any of my crays, but maybe adding butchers salt (pure salt) to his tank water for a couple of weeks.
