260 Stand

I'm looking at having a stand built for my new 7x2.5x2 tank, i've never been into DIY much and so wouldn't trust building one myself. I'm looking at having someone I know build me one out of concrete blocks, has anyone tried this? It'll be built properly using cement rather than just stacking them and I would ideally like space under it for a tank to use as a sump, any advice would be great as I have to let him know how I want it built soon.
