Apparently this fish is now in aquaria - Can anyone help track down some more photos, videos, articles?

Very surprising that nobody "cares" about this fish. They would be an amazing addition to a blind cavefish tank, with albino bristlenose plecos (for eye appeal.)
Perhaps you might get more interest if you posted this discussion in the correct subforum, which would be African Riverine, not African Rift Lake Cichlids. This species isn't found in the Rift Lakes, it's found in the Congo River.
