if the other side is different, then it will be a 4 bars ST, more rare!
And I am not BSing, there's 4 bars ST out there! Even the ST in my avatar (I regret of selling it) is a 3 and a half bar ST at the other side

+1 and the bar doesn't come to a point. It's too Indefinable to be called a true ST imo
