"Whoever that is interested must have access to relevant research facilities (preferably an ichthyology laboratory in a university/museum), and must have formal affiliation with the said facility (this is to enable loans of museum materials to be made out to you). Access to digital radiography equipment would be a huge plus point."
Pretty big requirements.
