Well, with the colder temperatures arriving, with colder yet to come, I am no longer able to keep my Tilapia tanks at the desired temperatures. So I started building an enclosure so I only have to heat part of the warehouse instead of the whole thing. The dimensions are 28 feet long x 11 feet wide by 8 foot high. I will have a 4 foot wide door so I can get IBC totes in and out as well. So far I have built the one wall I need to build. I will be putting insulation boards on the ceiling and in the wall I built. It will be wrapped with plastic construction wrap on the outside and inside of the enclosure. It will be heated with one or two electric space heaters.

Ill have to do some rearranging, but I am hoping this will be enough room for 4 IBC grow out tanks, a clarity plus retail unit, 4 55 gallon tanks, 2 29 gallon tanks tanks, 240 gallon tank,1 IBC tote for water aging, and 2 or 3 55 gallon drums for filters for the IBC grow outs and possibly the 240.

Hoping to get this done by the end of the week! Here are some pics!

Got some cheap insulation put in the new walls today. Probably don't really need it since I will be double wrapping the in and outside in 6 mil plastic, but I had it laying around, so what the heck. Tomorrow I will be stripping my remaining 2x6s to make them 1x6s and get those installed as the ceiling boards.

Worked on it for about 5 hours on Saturday. I currently just have a piece of plastic as a door, but I will be getting some plywood for a door. Have a couple little gaps that I need to cover up with some insulation, but shes good for now.

Next is getting some wiring ran for lighting and some plugs so I have electricity on the "wall" i built.
