Where to get pond armor in Phoenix?

So the wife is insisting we reseal the entire tank as opposed to just the silicone on the corners. I'm not opposed to it, but I can't seem to find somewhere in the area that sells it without shipping. Homedepot will ship to the house for free, but I have to wait until 12/2 to get it but I don't want to wait that long. I'm willing to pay an extra $10-20 if I can get it now and let it cure over thanksgiving, I just can't seem to find anywhere.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Quick call to someone said that they don't carry it in house because it is extremely flammable. Can anyone confirm or deny?

I saw that too...I'd just rather buy local so I can get started now. I'm a bit impatient. Lol
