I'm going to get a new 240 gallon aquarium from glass cages with a sump and I would like to have a refugem in there as a natural way to keep the water clean. so what should I have in there shrimps,clams, or sails (or all 3). I'm also getting a black scorpion lobster from live aquara they get about a foot long can they survive with a oscar and marble catfish?

If you even try to mix a lobster with those fish then that lobster MUST have a place to hide while it molts. Otherwise he will be a snack. He may get big, but when his armor is off he is totally defenseless.
That said, I wouldn't do it. A really big lobster is liable to snap at those fish and cause wounds while in his normal state. And as mentioned before, when he molts he will be in a bad way. I see this ending in sorrow for one of these animals at one point.
