Greeting Guys,

Yesterday, i went to LFS to buy some stuff (I am form Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur).

Accidentally found this poor little guy , he was left alone behind in a small little fiber box.

Was told by the LFS owner, he kept this Endli for 5 months, can't sell it due to its odd/weird looking pattern.

Was pitty, he was so Skinny, without any hesitation, i decided to grab/buy him home (sold to me just US$10).

========================================================

This ENDLI was like 8 inches long at the moment.

He was :

(1) Blind in one side.
(2) Bend/Crook body.

---=======================================================

So far, He was fine in my 70Gal tank since yesterday. But just, He has not start eat anything yet. He looks weak & didn't hardly swim around at all.

Pictures as attached.

======================================================

Dear Guys, out there. My question.

WHAT SHOULD I DO ???!!??
Will him be safe? Can he survived? Does him need any Medication??

Thanks.
Regards, Vinson (Poly's Lover & MFK :D)

try prepared food (tilapia or shrimp) soaked in garlic, or if all else fails try live food. He's probably stressed to the max and getting used to his new surroundings not to mention being neglected for so long. Give him some time to settle in.

28 hours is nothing for a bichir haha. When I bought my koliba he didn't eat for a solid week. Yours will be alright once he realizes hes safe.

Yeah it will be okay, predators can go quite a while without eating. I just picked up an endli with one eye and one with two :)
