STILL NEW. I bought this from Amazon and when I tried it in a small empty tank, the filter case had a leak. I kept it and bought a replacement filter case but never got a chance to use it since I bought an FX6 for a discount.
It is still new but the box is not sealed. Everything is included and I even filled the trays with media.
